Team Rimfire Competition
Teams: two (2) person team. The must be at least three (3) teams enter in the competition category for the event to occur. At least one team member must have a current CMP membership**.
Categories:

• Stand Iron sight: Pistol & Rifle
• Benched Iron sight: Pistol & Rifle
• Stand Optics: Pistol & Rifle
• Benched Optics: Pistol & Rifle
• Stand Mixed sight: One (1) Iron/One (1) Optic – either pistol or rifle.
• Benched Mixed sight: One (1) Iron/One (1) Optic – either pistol or rifle.

Firearms:

• Rifles: any rimfire rifle
• Pistols: any rimfire pistol

Target: Available online - use either Target #1(color) / Target #1 (black&white) or Target #2 (color) / Target #2 (black&white) - Category teams must chose prior to event.
Round Total: Pistol 20 / Rifle 20
Scenario: A team consisting of two (2) individuals will shoot 10 rounds at a rifle target and 10 rounds at a pistol target. Each team member may shoot their own personal firearm. Competition will last for a total of three (3) months. Each team member will be required to shoot together at the same time and location. Documentation is required*. Each team will be required to turn in ten (10) rifle and ten (10) pistol target prior to the last date of the competition as posted by the competition director.
Distances:

• Iron sights: Pistol – 7 yards / Rifle – 10 yards
• Optics: Pistol – 10 yards / Rifle – 16.5 yards (50 feet)

Scoring: Total points in pistol and rifle.
Team Fee: $30.00 per team
Awards: 1st = minimum of $50.00 / 2nd = minimum of $30.00.

*Documentation: must be signed by an RSO or witness at the range.
**Guest may only shoot in one team event before joining local CMP chapter.
